My stay at Peppers was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The surroundings were stunning, with beautiful gardens and a tranquil atmosphere. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and offered all the necessary amenities. I particularly enjoyed the cozy fireplace on the first night. The staff, especially the new Food and Beverage Manager, Jaimie, were friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The breakfast and dinner at Kater's restaurant were exceptional, with delicious food and a great variety. I also appreciated the opportunity to explore the grounds, play tennis, and even spot some kangaroos. I highly recommend this hotel for a tranquil getaway.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the beautifully maintained gardens in a picturesque NSW highlands setting to the onsite 18-hole golf course. The service provided by the staff is top-notch, and they go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are well-appointed with basic amenities, including a magnificent fireplace and a comfortable king-size bed. The beautiful view of the garden adds a touch of serenity to the overall experience. The breakfast options are plentiful, with a variety of dietary needs catered for, and the decent coffee is a great way to start the day. Plus, it's all included in the room rate.

Hotel while facade in common areas give appearance of quality overall I would rate the Hotel as a 3.5 star at best. Paid full cost when other discounts including breakfast were available Breakfast at extra cost Only 1 accessible power point in the room which was in the bathroom for kettle, iron other etc furniture 'tired' door hinge on cupbaord to access fridge needed repair Shower head height not for those over 165cm & shower head, while supposedly for water saving, ineffectual Water flow and temperature control when showering went from hot to cold without any manual adjustment Atrium garden needs attention in Garden Room area No internet or wifi connection in room No safe (although 'country' valuables need to be secured) Peppers Manor House failed to meet our expectations

Location was great. Staff (Bryce) were friendly. A 150m walk to the golf course.

The cost of 2 tea bags from the in room tray with kettle and sugar etc = $6.00. Is this some kind of sick joke. What hotel/motel/resort Australia wide charges for in-room coffee making facility? Generally this is a complimentary item. Check-out time 10am. A little early. Offers only 8 TV channels and NO complimentary in house movies. My free-to-air television at home in Sydney has at least 15 channels. I will probably not stay at a Peppers venue again and may not recommend it either. I feel that 50% of the cost goes to the Peppers brand and the other 50% is the real cost of the accomodation. These are just my views and may not be your views.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the picturesque NSW highlands is simply breathtaking. The onsite 18-hole golf course surrounded by beautiful gardens provides a serene and peaceful atmosphere. We enjoyed exploring the well-maintained grounds and taking leisurely walks. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always ready to accommodate our requests. The service, room amenities, and cleanliness were top-notch, ensuring enhanced comfort throughout our stay.

The only downside we can think of is that the hotel is not very family-friendly. However, we would still recommend this place to families for a relaxing getaway.

Had a really lovely stay at Peppers. Absolutely no complaints. Great surroundings, private, comfortable room... All good!

We enjoyed the beautiful country setting and the spacious rooms with lovely veranda seating for morning tea. The breakfast was delicious, freshly cooked and the service from the young waitress was excellent.

We had to switch rooms due to outdated furniture and a very small TV. The staff were not very responsive and could have been more polite.
